“Originally I was sent the wrong product not ideal being so close to Christmas and being purchased as a gift. The gift box is in my opinion a waste of time, it is of poor quality and arrived dented on both items sent to me. I would not have been happy with this especially if I had chosen the personalized option. The insert that holds the items in the gift box is poorly cut and poor fitting. Also the charge+ TTI comes with an incomplete bit set 1 bit is missing and I would have got more for my money purchasing it separately and not as a gift set. Overall not that happy with my purchase.”
