“I had a problem with this. There was a hairline crack in the plastic sheath that holds the bits . This could not be seen until I unpackaged it. No ones fault but it needed fixing. I dread these situations. Is it what you have done, post back and forth and so on. Not here! Oh yes sir we will send a new sheath. Within 2 days it arrived. Brilliant , just brilliant service from a great firm. First time I have used them for the purchase of a Leatherman surge and the bits to go with it. I will use again.”

“The knife turns up quite stiff to begin with so I would recommend opening it up and pulling all the accessories out but it quickly becomes a smooth piece. The Surge feels very well built to a high standard which is backed with the 25 year warranty.
