“Broke after a couple of weeks, sent item back for a replacement, checked to ensure it was recieved, then emailed customer services to find out when I would be getting a replacement, no communication. Had to chase 3 times only to be then told it hadn’t been received, sent confirmation it was recieved and then had to chase when I would be receiving my replacement, and if no replacement was being sent why and when I would receive refund. Was then sent email stating refund done but no explanation as to why I wasn’t getting a replacement. Very poor customer service will not purchase from site again.”
