“Love leatherman multitools, but the screw drivers on the one handle are loose and fall open when you open the tool. Not sure how this one got through quality control. Good company and nice engraving, shame leatherman didn't get this right.”
Hi Nathan, Leatherman have a 25 year warranty - if you have any further problems you can use the warranty service, or if you prefer to exchange it now please do return it using our free returns service and we'll exchange it for you, it is very unusual for a tool to have got through quality control with any issues.
