“Was missing from my original order so rang to make sure I would receive it. I requested for an email to be sent to me when they had sent, it to let me know it was on it's way, as it was a present for someone. After a few days I still hadn't received it so rang again to be told it was out of stock.
I was not pleased I had not been informed but they reassured me it would be in stock in a couple of days. It did arrive shortly after that and thankfully in time for Christmas.”
