“I bought my Wave way back when the original Wave was released, I used it then everyday as a security systems engineer, it was a godsend saving many a trip out of a roof space or back to the car for tools. It has been on many a mountain biking trip and numerous holidays abroad, I never go without it. It then developed a slight wobble in the pliers, not to bad but annoying more than anything, so I returned it to Whitby and Co as per warranty returns on Tuesday, then today Saturday morning a replacement arrived. I was over the moon to find enclosed the latest edition Wave not the old wave model, this one is all shiny and new.
