“It is my first multi-tool and I'm very happy with it. I was after an all-rounder and the wave+ is spot on. When the tool arrived it was very stiff (from reading up about it is normal for a leatherman), but multi-tool store provided a free bottle of oil which I used to loosen up the tool and it has worked very well and the tool feels great.
I had my tool engraved from Multi-tool store which was inexpensive and the engraving is very well done. I thought the process would add on a few days at least to dispatch and delivery times, but the tool was engraved and dispatched in the same day, which was very impressive.
