“I have owned a Leatherman fuse for about 15 years and decided to upgrade to a Wave+. I have had it for about a month and today while using the pliers to hold something one of the jaws snapped clean off!!
I don't know if it was just a bad batch but pliers should not be snapping by squeezing them with my hand, I was not twisting them or doing anything crazy with them.
Other than the pliers snapping I enjoyed using the Wave+, the features of the tool are fantastic and I was using it nearly every day.
I am going to send it off under warranty and hopefully, they repair/replace it and it won't happen again.”
