“We have had a lot of problems with this order. We bought it (with personalised engraving) for a friend's 40th birthday. After 2 and a bit weeks of waiting and with our friend's birthday approaching, we sent an email asking where it was. We were told it hadn't been sent. We weren't offered anything back by way of apology. Before the item arrived we called and left a message with the support centre, and then sent another email but still nothing. On our third attempt at calling we got through to lodge our complaint. The item arrived days after our friends birthday—so he didn't get it. When we opened the package we then realised that one of the things that was supposed to be included, had been left out... Total shambles. Although a very kind sales representative called Millie helped us in the end, our experience with you has been really pretty terrible.”
“This was a replacement for a wave that I had for nearly thirty years before losing it, the selection and build quality of the separate tools is excellent , the reason I chose the wave in the first is that at the time it was the only multi tool where you could access the knife blades from the outside of the handle without opening the tool completely.”
