My previous review on this purchase was graded as 'worse than poor', because the item I received was not as advertised. Unfortunately due to having to use the knife immediately I did not have opportunity to contact the vendor and discuss the matter, but had to accept the situation and write a review.
Some time later I was contacted by Multitool Store customer service department who had trawled through all the recent purchases in order to contact me by telephone.
They then sent me a replacement knife free of charge and accepted my (now used) knife in return.
Whilst the first error was definitely cause for complaint their recovery deserves the highest praise.
