I recently purchased a Leatherman wave and paid to have it engraved for a friends retirement.
It arrived without the engraving and I returned it last week for an engraved Leatherman but have not had any acknowledgment that it has been received even though it was a tracked package. I need the replacement by March 17th can you chase it up please

“The Leatherman, oil and tin are brilliant. The sheath is almost unusable as it comes because it's so hard to get on my belt. I have had to take a knife to it to make it capable of doing the job on a daily basis unless it never comes off the belt it's attached to.”
