“Ordered the knifeless rebar, to remove the worry of having a locking knife in public, as use the weatherman for quick jobs, rather than walk back to van and get tools, like removing a Allen key faceplate for rotork. They did mess up the order and sent a nylon cased version, when ordering a leather case. Comms was also hard with email (bounced back undeliverable) and phone not working (just rang and rang). Luckily the chat worked and was able to relay issue and suggest a refund of the difference which went through quickly. So messed up the order but was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.”
