“I have not received this multi tool even though I placed an order for it close to a month ago. Contacting customer support, and after a lengthy wait, they replied to me saying it had been delivered, kindly attaching a screenshot of their confirmation - it was a screenshot of a completely unrelated parcel that was delivered OVER A YEAR AGO. Appalling customer support and lengthy waiting times for a UK company to deliver to a UK address deserves less than “very poor”, but that’s the lowest option I am allowed to give. I’m skeptical that this review will even be shown on official pages of this site. I should’ve just spent the last 3 weeks of my time finding this tool because this service is unbelievably slow.”
