“I have had it quite a few purchases from yourselves and they have all been okay this new multitude is OK but the blade would be better if it was in silver or stainless as the black has worn off and it looks a mess”
“As usual it’s great quality being a leather I do mechanical work on cars and use the arc every day closing the pliers can be annoying with one hand but other than that it great the tools on the outside was probably one of the best upgrades over my surge I had an oht before and while preforming very similar it felt like poor quality especially compared to the arc”
“When I received the Arc There was stainless steel showing through black coating in a number of areas on the sides with the square edges. I emailed the supplier including pictures. I was advised to return the item, I returned the item with pictures and telephone the supplier to discuss the problem. They advised that they had check another Arc and it was better.
The replacement was received only to find it looked the same as the first one. I again contacted the supplier advising that an item of this value should be perfect. I was told that if I was not happy I could return the item for a refund.
The Arc is over £200, Leatherman products are normally excellent quality, this small matter let the item down.
