“I spent some time carefully thinking about what to have engraved on the Leatherman, which was a Christmas gift for my son. On Christmas day, he opened the box and we discovered that the engraving that I had paid for had been forgotten - it was blank. My son didn't want the hassle of returning it, so we opted not to bother. I did get a refund of the engraving cost but that's not the point really. It was embarrassing and put a dampener on the gift. Hence 3 stars. Why offer engraving if you're not going to do it!”
“Bought this as a replacement for my brother who lost his last one on the farm. Gave it to him at Christmas as a present and he was delighted. Kept muttering drunkenly "no man should be without pliers" so I am guessing that makes them a hit. Very pleased with them, arrived very quickly and would buy from this shop again in future.”
