“The multi tool looked everything that it should be - sharp at the sharp bits and beautifully rounded off in all the other areas. Nice to see spring loaded pliers and scissors (although the latter needed a bit of light oil to get going properly - this was applied to all other joints too!) The knife blade is REALLY SHARP!! and the box opener does its job well too. I like the file which works in one direction with a vengeance, but can't work out what the little sharp notch does behind the bottle opener...something to do with the can opener? Had quite a lot of difficulty getting the tools out of the blade area 'cos my fingers are too big to push them out from inside the handle. Overall well presented and acceptable - thank you.”
“Have had an original Wave for over 10 years so comparing the new Wingman against this. On opening the box the wingman is clearly much more ergonomic and compact. Brilliant click in place handles for the superb spring loaded pliers. A very robust feel. Scissors have longer blades and increased length away from the handle when opened out but have a much simpler spring system. Fewer tools overall but all the main essentials are there and it is a smaller tool and half the price after all. All together a very nice tool to have in the pocket and I am very pleased with it.
