“So the products arrived and are fine. The customer service was fairly none existent and the emails i sent we're read but replied to by i'm guessing a work experience pupil. I placed an order for 3 engraved multitools and asked about the engraving, time scales, potential discounts and basically got a convoluted 3 word reply. Oh when you place an order they send you a generic discount code. So if you would like £10OFF maybe try that.”
