“I returned this item as I felt it was poor quality for a Leatherman product. The sheath was made in Mexico and of thin, poor quality leather. It wasn't stitched anywhere. It was merely a flat template held together by 4 hollow rivets, which weren't particularly well formed. Not a product worthy of bearing the Leatherman name and not a patch on the original sheath that came with my Charge TTi.
The Whitby sheath is better but that too has it design flaws.
However, my free return and refund was processed promplty by customer services which meant all I Iost out on was the initial purchase shipping costs.”
“Think the way the product is described is misleading, as purchasing for a birthday present. Yes the Black leather Sheath is spot on (FREE P2, signal, Super Tool 300 and Surge), implies to me that a tool is included with your purchase, and is shown in the Sheath picture, so a bit misleading, when the item arrives with no tool?
Would make me anxious to purchase again, as wouldn't be 100% sure what I was buying.”
