The company gets a three because they sent the wrong watch then because I needed to call them to rectify the problem, it’s a premium rate number and two calls cost me 4.22 plus vat. Courtney gets 5* because they sent the replacement out next day delivery to get it to me for my husbands birthday and their correspondence regarding the issue was excellent. The watch is unique, my husband loves it! It is heavy and bulky but sturdy! It’s definitely something different!!”
