“A very good toy for our (just) 3 year-old grandson. Easy to complete the small amount of assembly needed. Well made and quite robust. Good idea to buythe pirate set as well ; it gives them something to play with it.”

“This item rapidly became top favourite toy for my grandson, aged three. I bought the wooden figures as well, but the ship can be loaded with all manner of treasure, and provides lots of imaginative play.”

“Another wonderful toy from Mulberry Bush. We love their wooden toys; this pirate ship has wooden canon balls that really fire! Good for imaginative play and looks attractive as a centrepiece in a child's room. A good toy for a boy or a girl; I actually bought this for my little girl who loves anything to do with making up adventures. Beth, Lancashire”

“I was very happy with the ship but the pirates that came with it were too small and looked really silly. They were totally the wrong size in comparison to the ship. I would definately recommend the ship my 6 year old son has had hours of fun with it he just has other pirates with it. Mulberry Bush says " The specially priced Barbarossa Package with the pirate crew is one of our bestsellers. We believe It's a great value price and the pirates are an excellent starter set. Younger children may also like to add the Budkins Pirate Trio ref 90093”
