Thanks for your feedback, sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality of the Embroidered Personalised Pencil Case and it's contents. We rarely get any customer expressing their disappointment with this item. The pens and pencils included in the case are good quality children's pens and pencils - another customer said in their review for example that "the quantity of pens, pencils etc was overwhelming". I wonder whether you could contact us to explain a little more about which elements you found to be of low quality? And with 18 felt pens, 18 colouring pencils, 2 HB pencils, 2 biros and a ruler - ALL personalised by hand - plus an eraser and pencil sharpener - plus an embroidered pencil case to keep it all in - we again mostly get customers expressing their astonishment at the value for money that this product offers. To help us improve this product further, we would therefore be delighted if you could email or phone us to give us a bit more detail as to why you felt it wasn't value for money.
