“Bought for our 4 year old daughter for her birthday - she loves it and so does her 2.5 year old sister. I chose this calendar with my teacher hat on; I wanted a calendar with a 'serif free' font as words without serifs are easier for 'beginner readers' to read. I'm very impressed with the quality; the magnets are the full size of each piece, and stick perfectly. There are also outlines showing where each magnet belongs meaning some precision shape matching can take place (and it's easy to spot when something is missing). I'm also impressed with the durability; 2.5 year old folded January in half and it didn't break (though it did crease slightly and we're encouraging the children not to bend the bits!) 2.5 year old likes to use the colourful days and months to create pictures and puts magnets together to make 'cheese sandwiches'. Lacks 'fog' which we needed last week (used cloudy as a stand in) and 'wind' - if a magnet expansion pack was available (could contain more weathers, hot, cold, 'st', 'nd', 'rd' and 'th' etc.) then I'd definitely buy it, but would still recommend this product to anyone.”
