The videos are clear and show the movements well. The foundation programmes would be great if you were unfamiliar with the moves. I like the way you can schedule your weekly training week and that it links with Garmin to help keep track.

I have been following the App for 2 weeks now have been riding 3 days a week and doing foundation plans and stretching 3 other days I do the pre-ride warmup and post ride stretch in this short time I have increased my mileage on the rides from 8 to 12 miles and hill climbing has become easier it early in the plan but has been awesome I should note I am 64 and retired so I have the time to invest.

I'm giving this review on the basis of first impressions, since I haven't actually had the chance to use it. Layout is very clean and easy; plenty of useful stats etc to pick up if you need them. Instructional videos are a nice touch. Would love to re-visit and use properly one day; the only reason I gave 4 start is for this reason.

Huge shoutout to @mtb.fitness for putting together such an incredible program and easy to use resource. No more thinking about what I’m going to do in the gym and zero wasted time while actually in the gym. I’m only 1 week in but super stoked for this year’s MTB season!!

I joined up and found the app to have lots of different workouts , stretches and the ability to record your activities like Bike riding , I only managed to use it on our exercise bike but then I had to leave my membership due to surgery and Matt was extremely helpful in cancelling it for me. I hope to return when I am better

This app is brilliant! As someone experienced in gym work and Physical Education, along with other fitness experiences, I now have a programme to follow that will work and I don't have to labour to find the exercises. I'm not one for reading instructions, luckily (for me), the app is easy to follow (but I would recommend spending some time getting used to it!).
