“I have a historical bad back and so my MTB AND work suffer.
I can't afford a PT so thought this would help.
I just completed my first 2 works outs (warm up and plan 1 Gym workout), and am very impressed.
Matt told me (Yes, he ALWAYS returns messages) to keep my effort level between 5 and 6 so as not to aggravate my back and it was Really easy to do/follow.
I find the app Very intuitive, I like that it tells me what to do (I like structure) and if some of the excercises were to difficult for me, it was Veey easy to swap them to something a bit more physically appropriate for ME!
It even connects to my Garmin account and it shows what muscle groups I have excercised.
Looking (and I DID look) for Negatives, and Honestly, I cannot find negatives.
It (for me) really is like having a Personal trainer on my phone.
I was worried it would be over priced for what I want, but in reality, for me, it is a Great investment!

“This app simplifies the workouts specific to mtb fitness requirements (although it'll generally improve your all round fitness).
The app has easy to follow sets, with suggested reps or time with timer to perform the exercises.
It has been well thought out, and put together.
It makes training very tailorable to your life routine.”
“It’s easy to use. Seriously - everything is in the app. Pics of exercises, links to videos of exercises if you want more than just a pic, timers, scheduling, reminders, and tracking. It’s really slick, and takes away the technology frustration so I can focus on the workout. I’d highly recommend the app to anyone with a bike who wants to improve and/or stay in shape.”
