“Level up your off the bike training! MTB FIT app simple easy to use layout is fantastic. No need to leave the app for intervals it’s all programmed in with timers. Automatic timers for exercises and rest periods. Can simply swap out exercises, to suit home or gym plans so they can be tailored to you level of fitness. Matched with very detailed videos on how to perform the exercises.
