“Thanks very much for creating the app, Matt. Admittedly I’m only day one (!) but I already know this is going to be a game changer for me.
I bought the 12-week plan when it first came out and have had a few attempts over the last few years. I’ve never quite managed to get past week seven (injuries, life etc) but had good results while on it, so I know if I can make it stick that it will work for me.
I’m feeling already that this is what the app will give me. A platform for habit-forming that makes the workouts super easy to follow. It’s just removing some of the stuff that can get on the way of getting on with it.
I’m loving the functionality where you can swap exercises in and out - that’s super handy and will be great for when you know you need to take it a bit easier but still keep on it. And, in workout, it’s really nice and straightforward- and the form photos/videos are right there - perfect.

I have the 12 and 16 week program, but these are just too difficult (for me) to follow.
The app however.... Complete game changer. If you are on the fence about the app, don't be. It's like having an on call personal trainer.
The programs are really easy to follow and also easy to chop and change certain excercises when planning. There are timers you can set for each excercise, it has everything I need.

“App layout is good, the training plans are excellent. Just missing a star due to lack of integration with Polar fitness. Garmin, and apple health are already included but some others would make it more complete. Hopefully Polar will come soon, I know it's on the Dev list.”
