Love the app! Having limited free time I tried and failed to get into the 12 week traditional program. However, the app is ideal. I'm actually getting stuck in now and enjoying the training. Fits really well around busy family and work life. Really simple to use plus Matt replies personally to any questions, no automated responses here! Highly recommended!

Great app so easy to use and everything you need is in one place it has been well thought out. Into my second week of training, really tough but enjoyable and the built in timers on the app make it so easy to keep track of where you’re at. Well done Matt keep up the good work can’t wait to see the next round of workouts.

After completing the 12 week program I wanted to continue my training but was kinda lost as to what to do. This app keeps my progression going in the right direction and has kept me motivated to keep up the off the bike exercise that I need.

I purchased and have been using the 12 week program workouts for a few years now, mainly hovering around the 4-6 week home workouts, but NEVER actually following through the whole 12 weeks from start to finish. When I looked at the App I wasn't sure if it would suit me as I'm easily distracted and tend to jump from one thing to another for my workouts off the bike. I was also wondering what the benefit would be since I already had the 12 week program... however, one week in and I can see that it is so well structured (yet flexible) so I'm feeling confident to commit to just doing ONE thing & will follow it all the way through. I love the idea that the workouts change monthly so I'm less likely to get bored. The DOMS have been strong this week, despite regularly doing other HIIT & strength workouts previously, so I can tell it's going to have an effect on my fitness. The app is easy to navigate, the integrations with food tracking (my fitness pal) and Garmin is great. The timers on exercises are what I’ve always wished for with the 12 week program exercises, as I have tended to lose count of where I’m up to in the past. The dedicated Facebook group is super supportive and so diverse, I can see it’s going to be a lot of fun :)

I’ve been using Matt’s 12 week program with great success, but the new app takes it to a whole new level. Matt listened to what we were looking for in an app and delivered. It has everything you need to make best use of the time you have for working out. Highly recommended!
