This is one of the easiest and most comprehensive apps I've used. I'm far from tech savvy. The links to the videos and workouts are great and you don't have to watch ads before you watch them. It easily connected to my garmin watch. This is a must have app for anyone that is slightly interested in fitness or mountain biking. Thank you Matt

If you love mountain biking, your health, motivation and a well balanced workout, you'll love this app!! Honestly don't have one single complaint! You will not regret giving it a go! Image included is today's workout.... Can't wait to get back to the gym tomorrow.

I had previously bought the 12 & 16 week programmes but never made the effort to understand them and get started - this app though has made getting started a million times easier to understand, the video clips explaining each exercise are exactly what I wanted. Excellent app, 2 weeks in and loving it along with all the exercises. I also love the stats that you get in the app and the more you use it the more stats you get. Really looking forward to where this app takes my fitness and riding ability in the future

The app is organized in a user friendly way! I love that I can put my weights in! I also really appreciate Matt’s personal approach and I feel like I’m part of a community as opposed to just doing another work out! I have also greatly benefited from Matt’s 12 week programme and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enhance their biking and life in a big way!
