Thing is: I didn't really improve my speed on the bike (even sometimes, I have a hard time reaching my previous PRs). I'm 61, and the exercices, twice a week, are very demanding on my body. Sorry for the delay in sending you a comment. I expected to experience your app profoundly and make a reliable and constructive review with excellent comments like most of you received.
Unfortunately, I still struggle to get stuck on your program after a few months. Everything collapsed after hip surgery. I tried but could not climb on the wagon you mentioned we would fall in.
However, I still have some hope since I have an unstable life as a Private jet pilot traveling worldwide without residence and living in a hotel.
Despite the challenges, I've found some aspects of your app beneficial. For instance, it has allowed me to access a fantastic fitness center, and I've been able to stick to your daily stretching routine for about six weeks. I appreciate your work and look forward to further improvements.”
“Might be helpful to beginers getting into fitness. But you could get the same from a general fitness plan. And you can add in a general interval training day. If you could purchase the plan for £15 and that’s it might be a good general plan but a monthly subscription not worth the money.”
