Good fitness guide from Matt although I feel he is a bit sadistic in some of the excersises. Only joking hard work but worth it. Keep it up Matt.

The app is pretty pricey for what you get. App is also missing integration to Samsung health and Yanmai scales. It's basically the fancier version of the old MTB fitness program on paper/pdf. Update: Yes, I signed up twice for the app by accident, but my review was for the monthly cost of 18.99$.

Hey M, I know you’ve posted as anonymous so won’t share your name here :). Sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the app. I’ve just looked into this and it seems you originally signed up for 2x subscriptions by accident which would make it more expensive. I know you’ve cancelled your free trial so it’s not to worry, but I just wanted to make sure you didn’t think it was twice the price it actually is :). Thanks a lot, Matt

Excellent App. Excellent framework. Excellent training and content. If you're familiar with 12-week and 16-week programs, this is another step up! Could do with slightly more flexibility in adding own/custom exercises to allow for adapting/working around injuries and/or unavailable equipment, but that is a small tech limitation for now. Fantastic. It'll be great to see how this evolves! Next level!
