I'm early 40s and the only exersise I get is riding the bike acouple of times a week if I'm lucky.
I recently built a home gym with some basic equipment to try and change that and started training with know idea or direction of what I was doing, this has change that for me, the workouts are clear to follow and the app is laid out well. I signed up for the free trial thinking I'll give it a go and planned to cancel after the week.
However, as a starting weight of 117kgs I thought what have I got to loose? (Other than weight).
So i invested myself into the programme for the week. Set myself a meal plan and tracked my calories.
I did 3 of Matts workouts in the first week. Followed my diet plan and by the end of the week I was down to 114kg!
Matt has also been there every step of the way with personal advice and he's always happy to help.
And there is also the Facebook group that is full of motivation and kind hearted people looking to help!

“I started following Matt by downloading an ebook telling me all the things id been doing wrong with my training since i turned 50 :-), since then i have been following tips and hints from Matt and decided to try his APP. Even though i am not a dedicated MTB rider i find the training programs to be varied and well explained, the APP itself does not link to strava or HR monitoring that i can see, i have also struggled to link to my food consumption to monitor my eating habits so i am not using all of the functionality, however for pure motivation the stretch routines as well as flexible & varied workouts are great and after a few weeks now i am still sticking with it and even perhaps beginning to notice some improvement dare i say it :-)”
