Matt has put in a tremendous amount of effort creating this app and program. He has created more options than users have excuses for not working out. The exercise demonstrations are straight forward and quick. The exercises while cycling centric make you a healthier and stronger overall. I love that his approach is also holistic. It's not just the exercise but diet and rest as well. This program is a great value and will make you a stronger person!

It's 2023 and you can't cancel your subscription on your own. If you want to cancel you have to send an email. Its a bit sketchy

Hey Jonathan, I just wanted to confirm for the benefit of others reading, that you did email to cancel and that was carried out immediately, before the end of your trial, so you weren’t charged a penny. I’d hate for people to see the app as ‘sketchy’ :). Thanks Matt

A really easy to use app. The videos of all the exercises enable me to work out with confidence that I am doing it right. Being able to try the full app before committing is great. I am now subscribed!

I'm two weeks in and loving the app. Simple to use. I am able to put my weight, body fat, sleep and heart rate onto the app. The workouts are great and have timers so I don't have to set a timer elsewhere. Just generally great workout and app!

I've only been using the app for a couple of weeks, but so far liking it. It's been awhile since I've had a program to follow and enjoy not thinking about what to do and just having something to follow. Also liked the interval workout and how it did all the times for you, didn't have to keep track of anything. Looking forward to really getting into it.
