Matt is very helpful, I like that even if I forget to start tracking my ride when I start I can always fill it out afterwards. Looking forward to the progress I can make with Matts help.

The videos are clear and show the movements well. The foundation programmes would be great if you were unfamiliar with the moves. I like the way you can schedule your weekly training week and that it links with Garmin to help keep track.

I have been following the App for 2 weeks now have been riding 3 days a week and doing foundation plans and stretching 3 other days I do the pre-ride warmup and post ride stretch in this short time I have increased my mileage on the rides from 8 to 12 miles and hill climbing has become easier it early in the plan but has been awesome I should note I am 64 and retired so I have the time to invest.
