“Hi Matt, I wanted to give the app a real 'workout' before sending my feedback... It's been 3 months since I started using MTB Fit-The App and I can say that it REALLY WORKS. In 3 months I have lost 12.5 pounds and decreased my Body Fat by 5%. Fortunately I live in an area where winter riding is possible and in these past 3 months I have set 80 Strava segment PRs, 3 Top 10's and 1 QOM on my local trails. I have used the at home workouts exclusively with resistance bands and adjustable dumbells. To add some perspective to this, I am a woman who will be 67 in a few months time. “Great App, user friendly. One big issue is Samsung compatibility, its a deal breaker for me so I wont be subscribing after the trial. Over 8500 people have registered this issue and it still hasn't been integrated. I tried linking through withings and it doesn't work properly, that is a terrible app in itself.
