Amazing app , never have I been able to stick to a program but this app has changed this for sure . I am just coming off the free trial and already I am feeling the Benefits out on the bike . Such a great system and easy to follow , I can’t wait to start this journey . Thankyou Matt

Great app! Matt has done a great job consolidating the 12 week MTB programmes into this app. The calendar features, instructional videos and “in app” exercise and rest timers are fantastic. I am sure there are more features I haven’t mentioned or got to yet but I am loving the app

I’m 52 and was previously a runner. I just started mountain biking 8 months ago. I ate healthy and exercised so thought I was in decent shape. I volunteer as a coach for our local youth mountain bike team, and would get exhausted riding up hills with them. Within the first month using the app (I use the home-fitness plan) I was able to notice an immediate difference cardio-wise. Hills that previously took me a long time to recover from, I was recovering from much more quickly. The tone in my body improved to the best it had ever been (even when I had been running 5x/week and going to the gym 3x/week, doing the same exercises I had been doing for the past 30 years). I truly believe it can be attributed to the carefully selected exercises Matt plans out, and the changing of activities every 4 weeks. Additionally, I had a number of questions when I first started using the app. Matt was always able to respond promptly, with great kindness and patience. I highly recommend this app and can’t see ever going back to “doing things my way,” again. The progress I made with this app was just far too great!
