Been using MTB Fit app since it started. 100 plus sessions now done. I have always felt something was missing in my training. Well I found what was missing in the MTB Fit App. Been thinking of a way to describe why I’m so impressed. Become a complete, relaxed, stronger, safer MTB Rider Become a healthier person, both physically and mentally. Extremely well laid out and easy to follow. The training app I have been waiting for. Days when I just don’t feel like training I just start and find myself working through it. It’s what I like the most I can slow down a bit and get it done without all the pressure. Thanks Matt Mooney for making mine and other peoples lives better

Loving the App so far, only 1 week in and yet to feel the results on my first ride. However - great program - looking forward to posting an update after the first month. The fact that you run your own calendar helps you to commit. Matt’s guidance on each exercise or stretch is spot on. Highly recommended.

Absolutely worth the money. The exercises seem really effective and all the videos on them are clear. It's so good having stretches included as well, I know I need that structure to make sure I do them!

Workouts are challenging. I like that the app syncs with other devices and imports that info. Stretches have been very helpful and I truly believe that off bike workouts will make next spring an easier start to the season!

I have completed the 12 week program a couple of times in the off season but always struggles with printouts of the workouts and keeping organized with my weekly calendar. The mtb fitness app takes care of the organization and the extra features of having the workouts and videos in one place is amazing. Also like the data comparability with Garmin and MyFitnessPal which helps track progression. Definitely worth the investment and looking forward to seeing the benefits on the bike in my next race in October.
