Excellent app, very thorough with great instructional videos and timers if needed. Great variety of workouts and stretches. Good communication from Matt too and a great community with the Facebook group. Highly recommend it to any mountain biker.

I’m coming back from shoulder replacement surgery and the Foundation workouts have been going great, I am riding a lot so there not too strenuous. The app is easy to use, even for this old guy.

MTB Fit is a great platform for MTB-specific training. I'm at an intermediate level when it comes to gym and CrossFit. I've tried many different training styles over the years, but never anything tailored specifically to my enduro/all-mountain riding. In the past, I used CrossFit to boost my riding performance, but often ended up feeling overtrained. Currently, I’m doing strength training at a CrossFit box, but it tends to be quite static. MTB Fit adds a dynamic layer on top of that and often introduces exercises I haven’t done before. I especially appreciate the single-leg and single-arm movements—they seem to challenge my muscles more than traditional exercises. The jumps and rotational movements also feel very beneficial for riding. One thing I feel is missing from the app and Matt’s videos is guidance on what weights to use and how to progress over time (if progression is intended).
