From a personal point of view, since I have ridden many MTB marathons since 2011, most of the motivational tips I had already figured out myself. The muscle strength and eating tips were new and helpful. However, the most refreshing message was that; age is just a number and fitness can go on until 80 or 90 years old, as long as you don't stop riding. One other small point... get someone to proof read the booklet... it is full of small typos, spelling mistakes and gramma issues.

I haven’t finished reading the 50 tips but so far it’s awesome. Some of its humbling which I needed to hear , and really informative. I felt like I needed some coaching at my age and this is what I got. Thanks for the Help

Loving the book, lots to think about and it reinforces what your thinking already, with some new ride hacks . Its not just a read through, I go back to different chapters and read them again. Apply the thinking to my whole outlook of riding. Love the culture of it.
