Very much worth a read. At 66 I've heard a lot of this stuff before but this is condensed version and on point not with some long drawn-out explanations. Matt's enthusiasm for the sport of cycling is obvious and also encouraging. I highly recommend this e-book for mtn bikers over 50. The older I get the less I know so I can use all the help that I can get, and this was helpful.
