very useful information. Nothing earth shattering but you read it and go ya that makes sense. Helps remind use we aren't 24 anymore and we can be as good or fast we just have to adapt to our more vintage selves.

A lot of good, common sense stuff, didn't get to learn a lot. Seemed more like an advertisement to pay for the app, book should have been free for how many times it pushed to get the app. I would not purchase again.
