As a 77 year old mountain biker the tips make a lot of sense. The tip most valuable to me is the concept of positive thinking when trying to improve technical skills. Hope to be riding for many years to come and I think this book will Play an integral part in that journey.

Like othewrs have said if you have been mountain biking for awhile then some of the tips are common sense to you, but some are very helpful I enjoyed the whole read and I'm sure I will read it a few more times.

It's alright, nothing really new that I haven't heard before. I've been cycling 35 years, and to tell me I must have a positive attitude. It's not going to make me faster, there's only so much my 65 year old body can take. I would rater just be out having fun
