I'm really a roadie, but this is written in a way that encourages you to ride outside rather than retreating to your turbo. Well thought out tips covering mental, physical and diet aspects of riding a bike. Each one is backed up with practical suggestions and ideas to help you think about how you tackle your bike fitness.

Saw this advertised at the introductory offer & after reading a few others comments i thought i'd give it a go, really glad i did, i started by quick reading through to get a better idea of the type of information & am now working my way through it at a slower pace, lot's of helpful tips & advice that have started to make me think more about what i do & why & more importantly how to correct things, overall a great & helpful read.

I have recently purchased this e-book together with the 12 week program. I know, a mid life crisis but to improve yourself you need to learn. At my age we expect that we know everything and these tips remind me of what I have long forgotten. Reading one tip a day really helps me let the information set in and allow it to grow. Get it, you won't be sorry.
