I have just reached the age of 70 and was considering giving up mountain biking, as where i live the hills are just that little too challenging now. I’m going on 65 yrs old . I race off road endurance motorcycles , it’s really hard on the body . I use my mountain bike for training and staying in shape . These tips from MTB have been really helpful. Keep up the good work.
