“You think you have heard it all before, however its unfortunate that the majority of us forget this unless it is a part of your routine.
So Yeah this book got me to focus and am currently working on this to be fitter, lose weight etc.
Some stand outs for me personally were.
"Think and talk Positively" - your self talk and mind set so important.
"Find your What and Why" - I use this all the time.
Also I now train not just excercise - thanks Matt words make a difference!
