It is stupidly simple, it doesn't need to be complicated. We are the ones that make things complicated. It's given me the confidents to trial a few things, like eating more. I set a goal from the start of the 12wk plan to drop 6kgs, I'm 8 wks in and down 4kgs so far. Probably 10yrs since I was this weight. It's a winner buy it now

Whilst I've just printed it, & havent seriously perused the contents, what I have read makes a lot of sense.

A very simple and chatty book about a huge varied and debateable topic. Matt breaks it down into a simple and easy to read process . Thank you

Great guide! Well written. Plus Matt's a pretty decent and down to earth bloke. I enjoy his content. Great brand. Highly recommended.

This is a great product, and great value too. I am a woman over 50's and since having my hysterectomy a few years ago I cant shift my weight. I tried dieting but failed every time. I decided to start biking again to shift the weight as well as dieting but found I very quickly ran out of energy. After four days of following the info and example diet of Matts I have already seen a shift on the scales and most importantly I feel like I am fuelling my ride properly now. The hardest thing I've found is balancing my macros but I'm trying. Also the amount of food that I am now eating on this plan is quite crazy...I've certainly never gone hungry yet.

It's given me a lot to think about. I'm going to create some SMART goals and work towards them. You might get more reads if you release a Kindle version of it.
