“Good book. Really helped me understand how to thrive on long-distance endurance rides. 1) Eat and drink enough before the ride, and 2) at regular intervals during the ride. The price of the book was worth it for that alone. A few things to add for the next addition: What about 100% fruit and vegetable juices? Need a formula for making one's own electrolyte replacement mix without sugar. What about eating more fruit if you live in a hot climate where fruit is great and inexpensive?
