Top notch stuff from the man himself, covers so much but so simple to understand (it really is in the title) the book is so good and some areas are totally eye opening and makes you think how well are you actually doing with your nutrition. I already knew the content would be so good and it's always nice giving Matt something back for all he gives out. You da man dude!

I got the nutrition guide shortly after the 12 week fitness plan and they complement each other fantastically, I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time, I have more energy, less tired, more positive and I. could go on, if your looking to get fit and improve your health I highly recommend it, great job.

Purchased the nutrition plan. Turns out i dont know as much as i thought I did , I thought i was on the wright track till I read this. My goal is to loose a stone this year I now know im on the right track.Its plain and simple just like it says .

The booklet is written in really understandable form so even if you have no experiences with nutrion, you will understand. I did not see any results for now but I believe that they will appear soon :-) Big thanks to Matt!

I am recovering from being unwell and like to use nutrition to aid recovery and not just for fitness. This guide is a great introduction to nutrition for literally anyone whatever their mtb goals and shopping budget. It irons out where all the faults lie in daily (and pub) choices but does it so easily that even i can follow it. Matt hits every nail on the head, it's as though he has witnessed all my flaws while out grazing. Love the example food chart, i can make choices without thinking too much when i'm on a tight uni schedule. Can't wait to see how i feel on the bike over the next couple of weeks.
