Have been struggling a while to combine weight loss with mountainbiking.
Biggest problem being that I was very hungry after a ride and couldn’t stop myself eating at that moment.
After reading Matt’s book a week ago-which is stupidly simple to read and the nutrition guidelines are as well stupidly simple as promised- I’ve made some changes in my eating habits.
This was not always stupidly simple though😬
But I’m really happy with the result.
Lost 2,6 kg in the first week!
Did 3 rides last week, two of them I wasn’t hungry at all after the riding.
(The other one I forgot to eat before the ride)
