After just six weeks of training, my biking has dramatically improved. Matt's workout plan hits all the right places and has really helped me develop good muscle balance in particular. My entire body feels more engaged, powerful and enduring. Six weeks down, six to go - then I plan to do it again.

Simple principals that are utilised elsewhere but great info specific to the mtb. I never used to stop for protein and slow release carbs after 2 hours of riding and relied on gu energy gels. Will be taking Jam sammies with me from now on :)

Simple, common sense approach is the order of the day. Focus is not on the latest shakes and “high impact latest shake technology”!
