Only complaint I have is would be nice to have some audio with verbal instruction on the stretching and workout videos. Otherwise I'm loving it and am half way thru the nutrition guide.

I am really enjoying having a programme I can follow at home due to family commitments and despite it being early days can already feel there are going to be great gains made! Matt and the Facebook page are great-full of advice and encouragement-definitely pleased with my purchase.

A great simple guide to nutrition. I started on a journey this year to become fitter than i was last year to ride more and to eat a lot better. I am doing great, this guide has made me tweek my diet plan to which im not craving anymore, I was feeling hungry on an evening I'd eat a bag of crisps or raid the kids sweet box, the advise in this guide is simple use it and reap the benefits.

Bought this along with a nutritional consult and body scan. That plus a 2 time a week functional training. Following the plan I was able to drop 5% body fat. Gain muscle and increased my water %. I'm feeling great on the bike and enjoying the ride a lot more. Thank you and safe riding.
