Fantastic very and straight forward and easy to understand. Have already lost 45kg and stupidly simple nutrition will help with maintain that loss whilst still eating correctly whilst continuing to mtb. From the 1st June I am commencing the 12 week fitness plan. Cheers Nigel

I did not want to write a review until I finished reading the book and doing some work applying the knowledge I got. Before, sometimes I felt full of energy at the beginning of the ride but then had energy crash, very frequently. I am learning what protein is and how bad my (and my family’s) feeding was! This is my first week applying the new knowledge from this book and the change is significant! Got a lot of PR, but most important I am feeding much better and my energy level is high throughout the ride!

I have also bought the 12 week mtb fitness program. I bought this to supplement it as i was struggling to fuel my rides and workouts. I find the nutrition plan really helpful and have much more energy on rides. It has also helped to eliminate the post ride binge! Highly recommend
